Shipping policy

This page sets out the shipping conditions applicable to orders placed on minorthings.com (the "Website") operated by Minor Things ApS ("Minor Things", "we" or "us"). It applies in addition to our Terms and conditions. Information about the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds is set out in our Refund policy.

1. Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Orders are normally handed over to the carrier within one (1) working day of receipt.

Denmark. Delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Shipping from DKK 29. Free shipping to a parcel shop on orders above DKK 600.

European Union. Delivery within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Shipping from EUR 10. Free shipping on orders above EUR 200.

Rest of the world. Delivery within 5–10 working days after dispatch. Shipping from USD 45 / EUR 45. Import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.

Orders are shipped through PostNord, GLS, UPS, FedEx or DPD, depending on the destination and the option selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not binding.

2. Order status and tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a Shipping Confirmation is sent by email containing a tracking link. If the tracking link is not active immediately, please allow up to 24 hours. For questions regarding the status of an order, please contact info@minorthings.com with your order number.

3. Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected from the carrier's collection point and is returned to us, the actual return shipping cost charged to us by the carrier will be deducted from any refund. Re-shipment of the parcel is subject to payment of standard shipping charges.
